  I discovered the Children's Center in August 2007, when I was job hunting. I was thrilled to be hired and have enjoyed working there since then. A year later I had my first child and have had him with me in the classroom since he was two months old. I love that the school is so supportive of me as a new parent! Now I have a one month old who will be joining me back at school when maternity leave is over in just a couple of weeks. I look forward to going back to work.
  
  My favorite thing as an employee, aside from my awesome co-workers and the families, is the low ratio we have. It makes us able to provide a higher level of care.
  
  My favorite things as a parent of a child who attends the center is the primary caregiver philosophy that the school adopts, I also love the mandatory parent hours because it makes us involved in our child's school from a very early age and I think that is extremely important.
